Floating Tower
Objective Using only the materials listed, construct the tallest, self supporting tower that will float in an aquarium filled with water.
Participants Teams of up to six.
Materials 1 box of straws, 1 box of elastics, 1 m of scotch tape, 4 sheets of paper (21.6 cm X 35.5 cm)

1. The aquarium is 49 cm long, 27 cm wide and 30 ca deep.
2. No part of the tower structure may touch the aquarium tank, tables, chairs or any part of the gym.
3. The tower can only be supported by contact with the water.
4. In the event of a tie, the tower having the least depth below the water will be the winner.

Judging The tallest tower wins.
