Identifying Science Equipment

Students are given photocopies of pieces of common scientific equipment found in a Borealis catalogue.


Using the catalogue they are asked to find the following information for as many items as possible.

a) The proper name of the item.
b) The page number.
c) The suggested retail price.
d) The purpose of the apparatus or equipment.

Judging There should be a time limit and/or a certain number of items to be identified. Points are given for each correct answer listed on a scoresheet provided.
