Physics and Astronomy

The media could be very helpful to you when you are organizing your Science Olympics. If you would like to advertise the Olympics so that the public would attend, make sure you notify the media well in advance of the Olympics and then again shortly before they take place. Because the events in a Science Olympics are fun, the press may want to cover them for newsworthy material of an interesting nature. They should have all the pertinent information prior to the Olympics, and someone from your organizing committee should be available for questions and answers
