My research is mostly in the area of experimental condensed matter physics, and centers on soft materials, the physics of biological systems, and the dynamics of systems driven out of equilibrium. Information about my research, my lab, and the prople I work with can be found by clicking the links on the menu on the left. You can also visit our group's blog!
April 2013: I have applied for funding for a postdoc to work on Dielectric Spectroscopy of Soft Materials, starting this summer. To apply for this position, please send me your CV by email and arrange for at least two letters of reference to be sent directly to me. The ideal applicant will have experience with dielectric measurements in addition to strong experimental, analytical, and communication skills. If funding is received, this position would start some time between July 1 and Sept. 1, 2013. The initial appointment would be for one year, with any extension being dependent on funding as well as on performance and productivity. Please contact me if you have any questions. While all applications will be given full consideration, only shortlisted applicants will be contacted. This position is contingent on funding; if I don't get the grant, I can't afford to hire anyone.
