Welcome to the Carbon-based nanomaterials and Nano-optoelectronics Group at the University of Western Ontario!
Our recently established Research Group explores more user-friendly and more industrially transferable routes for fabrication and testing of electronic and optical nano-devices. Our devices are assembled by solution-processing from organic materials, such as graphene, carbon nanotubes and photo-active polymers.
Our laboratory is a "Nano-optoelectronics shop" fully equipped for solution-processing, testing and prototyping novel nano-devices and nano-systems (such as: thin-film transistors, photodetectors, solar cells, LEDs and many others) that may completely transform some objects we are used to, such as our mobile phone and our personal computer.
This is our website and we hope you will have time for a quick look at it! If you are interested in our Research and for any comment or question you may have, please do not hesitate to send us an e-mail. Have fun!
I am always looking for new graduate and Master's students, so if you're interested in doing a Master's or PhD project in one of these fields, please contact me!
