Financial Information
All MSc and PhD graduate students are provided with competitive funding support packages for both living expenses and tuition costs (without the need for non-University work or student loans). These funds are derived from a variety of sources including the Western Graduate Research Scholarship, Graduate Fellowship, and Teaching Assistantships.
Increased funding is offered to major scholarship holders, for example the Canada Graduate Research Scholarships (CGRS-D/M), Ontario Gradaute Scholarship (OGS) or Queen Elizabeth II Graduate Scholarship in Science and Technology (QEII-GSST).
Tuition fees are paid three times per year, at the beginning of each term, and are subject to change.
